Special Moves

Kunai Shot
Kunai Shot
236A/B/C
Version Damage Guard Startup Active Recovery Adv on Hit Adv on Block Counter-hit Attribute
A - - - - - - - -

Shuutai leaps into the air, and will throw kunai downwards upon followup button press.

The button pressed after 236 alters Shuutai's jump arc, and the button pressed for the followup kunai alters the kunai's angle.

Shuutai must wait a moment before she is able to throw kunai, but after the initial startup she can throw them until just before she touches the ground.

  • A Versions of jump and kunai

Shuutai will leap vertical into the air.

Pressing A after any version of Kunai Shot will cause Shuutai to throw 2 kunai at approximately a 20 degree angle downward

This meterless versions of the move has projectile invulnerability, while the metered version has true invulnerability.

  • B Versions of jump and kunai

Shuutai will leap forward. The distance is about a character width less then her forward jump.

Pressing B after any version of Kunai Shot will cause Shuutai to throw 2 kunai at a 45 degree angle downward

  • C Versions of jump and kunai

Shuutai will leap forward. The distance is about the same as her forward jump.

Pressing C after any version of Kunai Shot will cause Shuutai to throw 2 kunai at a 60 degree angle downward

  • D Followup to Kunai Shot

Pressing D after any version of Kunai Shot will return Shuutai's air normal options. There is no cooldown so air moves can be input immediately after Pressing D

  • EX Version

Shuutai will leap vertically just like the air version.

Pressing A,B, or C will cause Shuutai to throw 6 kunai at approximately a 45 degree angle downward. The followup button does not impact the angle for the kunai in the EX Version.

The metered version also has complete invulnerability instead of just projectile invulnerability.

A - - - - - - - -

Shuutai spins, jumps, and slashes in front of her and upwards. Her DP.

Pressing A/B/C after the meterless versions of the move hits will let Shuutai do a followup slash for more damage. The EX version of the move will automatically do multiple extra slashes if the move hits, leading to more damage than the meterless versions The EX version of the move also has much more range.

The A Version is faster than both the B and C versions, but does less damage. The B version is faster than the C versions, but again does less damage.

With the meterless versions, Shuutai has air-invulnerability starting frame 1 to frame 17-18-19 (For A/B/C respectively)

The EX version of the move has complete invulnerability from frame 1 to 17 making it a true DP.

Shuutai's command throw. It hits right in front of her.

The move comes out in 6,7, or 8 frames depending on the button pressed. (6 for the A version, 7 for the B version, 8 for the C and metered versions.)

In addition to starting later, the stronger versions also do more damage, and have more range, but are more punishable afterwards.

Only the metered version has any invulnerability frames. The EX Throw is invulnerable from frames 1-9.
